An EU court has ruled that its citizens have 'the right to be forgotten.' Privacy experts say it is possible to make certain information harder to find, but that it is not going to disappear.

Privacy, she said, is not only about people making bad or careless choices. "Privacy is about personal choice," she said. It is one thing to post your own "selfies" or ideas online. But, "where people were exposed through someone else's choice, they feel their privacy was violated."
